WBG (Winchester Builders Group) has 2 teams responsible for building and uses additional Contractors for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Roofing, Foundations, and completes a finished home in approximately 4 months.
We build customized homes from the ground up per the home owners needs.
We start from a customer's concept of their home to be built.
1. Preconstruction Design
This concept is then transferred to an Engineered platform resulting in a blueprint on paper that details every aspect of their home with specified parameters/measurements.
2. Design & Construction Estimate
These blueprints are signed and approved by the Engineers and then submitted to the appropriate county and city for permits to build the customers home.
3. On-Site Consultations
Upon county and city building permits issued to the customer and builder the process of developing and preparing the customers property for home construction begins.
4. Timeframe
Normal build time is approximately 4 months.
